The Washington Post has "What Color Is Your Parachute" author, hosting a web page with many useful tips on moving to your new career. The "Parachute" Net Guide will point you to several job search engines and internet tools. Their counsel is to make this only part of your search.  The older Washington Post Search Engine for the last two weeks of classifieds is sometimes easier to use. The Washington Post has Junglee, a jobs search system which organizes jobs from employers in this area.
